Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 48 business hours of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is roughly 10% of your order cost. The table below gives the shipping cost that we base your order on. Keep in mind these are estimates only as your location can also affect shipping. Shipping to HA and AK are 2-3x the amount shown (20-30% of the order total), since they are shipped via Airmail. Rush orders are also charged as Airmail.

How long does shipping take?

Ground please allow 7-10 business days.

• UPS Ground if shipping to physical address (tracking available)
• USPS Ground if shipping to PO box (no tracking)
• USPS Priority if order weighs less than one pound and is shipping to a physical address within the Continental U.S.

RUSH (48 continentual US states only) please allow up to 2-4 business days.

USPS Airmail (Hawaii and Alaska only) please allow 7-14 business days.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. The above times are estimates from the day you place your order.

Orders delivered to the west coast will require the shortest delivery times.

Tracking numbers are provided as soon as they become available.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes. Although the cost of shipping is higher than the mainland, we ship to both.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the 50 U.S. States.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, insurance is included in the cost of our shipping rates.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

While you CAN ship to a PO Box, we don't recommend it for the following reasons:

• No tracking information. PO Box deliveries must go by USPS. There is no tracking available on these shipments. Getting a physical address will allow us to ship UPS and have highly accurate tracking.

• Longer delivery time. USPS deliveries take longer than UPS. Since we know you want to get your orders as quickly as possible, getting a physical address will help us get your order to you faster.
